Proposals and Engagement Scope
Service quotations remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless otherwise specified. If not accepted during this period, they may be updated or withdrawn.
Any work outside the original scope requires written confirmation before it begins.
Fees, Charges, and Taxes
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- External costs or third-party services are invoiced separately
- Approved expenses may be charged at actual cost
- Clients are responsible for applicable taxes related to services
Payment Requirements
Invoices must be settled within five (5) calendar days unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed.
Services may follow milestone-based billing schedules.
Modifications to Scope
Requests to adjust the engagement must be documented in writing.
Minor adjustments that do not significantly affect budget or timeline may be implemented without formal contract changes. Major changes affecting pricing, scope, or delivery schedule require a revised agreement.
Updated proposals should be accepted within fourteen (14) working days.
Delays and Schedule Adjustments
If delivery is delayed due to missing information, approvals, or materials from the client, deadlines will be extended accordingly.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure failures or unforeseen disruptions, will not constitute a contractual violation.
Review and Approval of Deliverables
Completed work undergoes internal verification prior to delivery.
Clients have seven (7) working days to review deliverables and request adjustments within the agreed scope. If no feedback is provided during this period, the deliverables may be considered approved.
Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and complete information
- Ensure supplied materials do not violate third-party rights
- Respond to requests and approvals within reasonable timeframes
- Review completed work for accuracy
Unless otherwise agreed, final verification remains the client’s responsibility.
Attribution and Work Reference
HireEmbeddedDevelopers.com may reference completed work in its internal records or portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any such reference will remain factual.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect non-public information shared during the engagement.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information already publicly available or lawfully obtained elsewhere.
Independent Contractor Status

All internal development tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of HireEmbeddedDevelopers.com unless otherwise agreed.
Support and Maintenance
Support services are provided only if separately agreed. Additional services may be billed independently. Any warranty may not apply if deliverables are modified by third parties.
Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be revised at any time. The version available on HireEmbeddedDevelopers.com at the time of use will apply. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any changes.
